RACHEL ABBOTT, MD

Rachel Abbott, MD is a Family Medicine physician at Kaiser Permanente San Diego, with positions as Women's Health and Equity & Climate Change Curriculum Director for the Family Medicine Residency and Director of Physician Education. She cares for people along the spectrum of life from newborns and children, pregnant women, adults, and the elderly.

Rachel spent the formative years of her medical school and residency training working in underserved communities. As such, she is passionate about addressing climate change via advocacy and education in order to ensure each individual in our community achieves equitable outcomes for their health and wellbeing.
